This project applied extensive use of timber, curved steel elements and polished concrete in a highly refined, finely detailed residence in Armadale. The intricate curved forms required creative carpentry and steam bent elements, which were completed using boat-building techniques. A large compound-curved steel window required highly technical shop drawings and installation methods which were implemented in-house by Grenville. The great success of this project was testament to a brilliant client/Architect/Builder relationship which was developed throughout the project.
